Achieving a Life and Work Balance

"My life is my message" - Mahatma Gandhi

I am allowing myself a little self Indulgence here and hope you will forgive me for taking a look back, as well as encouraging you to look forward.

I have been privileged to travel the World in business and know what it is like to achieve success with great people.

That said, no feeling has been better in my life than the blessings of family and friends.

My happiest days have been spent with my Daughter Helen as she grew into a loving, caring and decent human being.

She subsequently became a successful Wife and Mum.

Now in her late thirties (I will be in trouble for revealing that!) she has three beautiful and well balanced children.
The beautiful Girl turned into a beautiful Woman, not just on the outside but on the inside too.

Helen and I were "mates" from an early age and remain so to this day. When breaking ornaments in the house playing football...we took it in turn to take the blame!
Our house was one of laughter and good fun and even now I am transported back with a huge smile to that precious time together.
If i needed a reward, Helen supplied it in abundance with three wonderful Grandchildren.

If being a Dad was a joy then being a Grandfather is unique, happy and fulfilling.
Too many professional business people have success in business but pay the price in home life.
If so your life will remain Incomplete.
A happy home life will produce greater results in your working life.
It increases motivation and teaches you how to care for and develop others.
We are seen for who we really are at the end of our lives.
Let your life be a message, an all round accomplisment that reduces regrets and leaves it mark in a positive way.
